- Place zuchinni into spiralizer.
- Turn spiralizer to create noodle spirals.
- Transfer noodles into medium heat pan with olive oil and garlic.
- Sautee for 3-5 minutes, depending on preference.
- Serve with butter, olive oil, kale cashew pesto, or creamy cashew alfredo sauce.
