Dairy free creamsicle smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen sliced carrots (look for these in the frozen vegetable section)

1 medium ripe banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk

3/4 cup orange juice (such as Trop50 orange juice)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender. Add extra milk or juice to achieve desired consistency.
